Vikash is a medical doctor, public health and health policy expert. He is MBBB and MD from prestigious MGIMS, Sewagram, Wardha. He is trained in health policy at the Institute of Tropical Medicine, Antwerp, Belgium. His principle research interest is health policy and Systems which include issues such as governance, policy analysis and Burns Injury.
